Mason & Harmon, PLLC was formed in March of 2008 by the husband and wife attorney team of Monica Mason and Charles Harmon.  Together they have over 55 years of combined legal experience practicing in central Arkansas.

The firm concentrates in Estate Planning; Wills and Trusts; Probate; Real Estate; Landlord/Tenant Disputes; Land Commissioner Tax Sales; Quiet Title Actions; and Surrogate Parenting and Surrogacy Issues.

After over 11 years as a paralegal in the Little Rock and North Little Rock, Arkansas area, Monica Mason graduated in 1998 from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law (now the William H. Bowen School of Law) where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review.

In addition to Real Estate, Probate, and Estate Planning, Monica also focuses her practice in the area of Surrogacy and Surrogate Parenting. She is one of the few attorneys in Arkansas experienced in the areas of Surrogacy, Advanced Reproduction, and Egg Donation.

Charles (Charlie) worked in the insurance industry for 15 years, running a family-owned life and health insurance agency, before graduating from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law in 1997. 

Since graduating, he has worked both for a large Little Rock law firm, where he focused his practice in Real Estate and Estate Planning, and as the in-house Real Estate Counsel for Dillard's, Inc.  Since joining his wife to form Mason & Harmon, PLLC in 2008, he has focused his practice on Real Estate, Probate, Estate Planning, and Quiet Title actions.
